what language are the sims speaking? and why? i can never under stand them

Well it's a mixture of different languages making it their own Simese or whatever you would like to call. I have no idea why the creators did that but its for a good reason I guess.

Me either they said put the speaking part to English. I have the Sims 2 and the Sims 2 pets i still can not understand them

The language is called Simlish. It was made up by the creators of the game. Just for fun I suppose!
