when i put my godfather vido game into my ps2 it does not work why not??

all the reguler words show up like the ps2 sign then just a black screen thats it.

you should try renting a godfather game to see if it was just that game or if it was your system. if it was the game just buy or rent another copy of the game if it was the system depending on how much it costs i would probably just buy a new one.
