One side has a large P in the center and around the edge says uncirculated Philadelphia. On the other side is a sheild and has a key inside the sheild stars in a V shape and scales , around the edge says Treasury, United States Mint. I actually got this from a store when given change back. Have you ever seen or know what this is?
