how do I make an angel halo for kids to wear on their heads?

pipe cleaners....use the silver or gold ones...make one into a circle to go around their heads....kind of like a crown...then make one go straight up off of the first one (perpendicular)...then make a second circle...like the first one and attach it to the straight piece

Put a band going all the way around their heads. In the back, attatch some sort of rod. Then attatch a circle to that. You can decorate the circle with feathers or something. If it's a girl, they can hide the band on their heads under their hair. Try to have the rod be clearish.

The ones i made in class for a football game were
- 2 chenille stem (pipe wire cleaners) color of your choice,
- Decorated star wires aka as decorative garland( the ones with little star cut outs that hang from the wire)
- Curling ribbon

You tie two of the chenille stemsby twisting together to desired size, close it by twisting agian followed by the garland which you will circle around the chenille stem. After that tie curling ribbon to the end and your good to go. they'll turn out great.

I made 2 wire rings, then branched them together. One to wear on head and the other standing above as halo.

I did it with wire coathangers and it worked. Add glitter to halo end, etc...
