Whenever the Pokemon craze was around a few years ago, I had a Pokemon Plush toy that I found again just the other day. He is fat, green with a creamy beige stomach and feet, white claws on his feet and hands, 2 pointy ears, 2 teeth coming out over his bottom lip and he appears to be sleeping. Can anyone tell me what type of a Pokemon he is? I think he may be a 'Snoozee.'

The movie centers around one even, a horse race. A gambler goes to his bookie to place a bet. The bookie replies by saying "I'll lay it off on..." I have no idea what this mean. I think I might be missing something about the plot.
