I have food, they have gotten the second level of farming so they have crops, but they are all very weak. Is there anything I can do about this?

The first to suggestions are great. Research, if you keep them at the table and not looking at the rock, etc is also not a very strenuous chore. Also helps you get more tech points. ; )

Basically all you can do is drag them to the food bin so that they eat... eventually they will begin to feel better ... just a matter of time. If they're weak AND sick, be sure to heal them as soon as you can.
Also, make sure you've cleaned out the well for them. If they continually get the dirty water (from not removing the log atop the well) they do get weak.

just drag them to the food. Also unassigned the one that are weak so they can relax
