Where can I find pre-printed scrapbooks? For example, the ones for couples that ask all the questions like, where did you meet and first date?

Do you prefer them to manufactered cards? Do you think they are more personal? I'm just curious as I'd like to start selling some but if people aren't interested in them theres no point. What type of places (apart from ebay as I've had a nosey on there) would you suggest to try and sell them? Also how much do you think they are worth? (a single card)
