What about it do you want to clean?

You can use commerical DVD lens cleaners to clean out the DVD drive.

If you believe the inside of your Xbox is dusty, you can take it apart, carefully, and use a can of compressed air to blow out some of the dust. Be sure not to angle the can as it can end up blowing condensation and damaging the parts inside, also try to hold it at least six inches away from your Xbox while using it.
