I wish there were more games out for it. The graphics look great, not amazing but better than anything out there. Dead or Alive 4 is fun and the new Rockstar Table Tennis is addicting.

The Xbox 360 is a decent machine to own. I was a little suspicious when I first got it, but it's been far more reliable and far better-engineered than I expected. This is the one thing that I believe Microsoft has done *right*.

As for the person saying wait for the PS3, I say to you that you shouldn't count your eggs before they hatch. I have huge doubts about the PS3's capabilities. If you pay attention to the news, you would have heard rumors about the PS3's cell processor having serious flaws which hugely limit the object count you can have on-screen. This would be a good explanation for why the E3 demos were so object-sparse. The PS3 may be able to render well and have great physics, but if that means having a low object-count, then that's a pretty big trade-off that's probably not worth it. Not to mention the fact that the PS3 will be incredibly pricey, and most games will probably dual-release for Xbox 360 as well.

Basically, there's 2 reasons you might want a PS3. The first is if you absolutely need to have a Sony franchise game (like Final Fantasy, assuming Square doesn't jump ship, which I wish they would). I would ordinarily fall into this camp (I *love* Final Fantasy), but my serious doubts about the platform coupled with the price means they'll have to do some serious convincing to get me to part with my $600. The second reason you might want a PS3 is if you absolutely have to be on the bleeding-edge of the Blu-Ray technology. And the big problem with that is the HD-DVD vs Blu-Ray controversy is shaping up like the old Betamax vs VHS war, and if Blu-Ray turns into the Betamax of this new war, then you've just wasted your investment (of course, it could be the other way around - HD-DVD could lose the war. And this is what Sony is basically counting on - if Blu-Ray is a flop then Sony has *serious* problems).

I have one and its pretty good so far. The games are limited but you would expect that from a new system. It usually takes a year for a new system to get a solid library of games. The graphics are a step up but to really enjoy it you need HDTV. Hooking it up with your computer to download songs, pictures, ect is great. Its simple to use only problem is it won't take Ipod songs from my computer, only my MP3 songs. You can directly plug your Ipod into the 360 and do it that way but you need a download from MS website to do it. As for waiting for PS3 you can but to spend almost twice as much for a PS3 that will have a limtied library of games also at the start will leave you in the same boat.

The graphics are great, the controller is really intuitive, expecially if you owned the first xbox. The game selection is still lacking. Only other complaint is the graphics gives me a headache after about 30 minutes of play on a 36t inch tv, sitting about 12 ft away.
