on one site, theres a diet which allows you to eat as much bread (white) as you like, yet a site by the bbc says eating too much white bread expands your waist size.

so does anyone know the truth about white bread?
should it be eaten within moderation or as much as one likes??

Some foods like skittles, cheez-its, cheetoz, doritos, etc. are so hard to put down. Is it just because I enjoy them so much, or do you think they put some sort of ingredient in them to get you hooked?

My favorites is probably Giada because I love italian food and my least favorite is sandra lee because she is so annoying and i don't know why food network has to have someone on there to show us how to bake a cake mix, lol! I like pretty much all of the foodnetwork people though, so what's yours?

Iam thinking beyond the typical eggs and bacon. Does brunch have to be breakfast foods? What is acceptable and what is not? I have never hosted a brunch before.

THANKS!

I have some big pumpkins that were decorations. I normally only cook with the "pie pumpkins" that you get in the produce dept. However, these large pumpkins are perfectly good...do they taste the same? Should you eat them like squash...or do they taste bad and should be thrown away?
