As Mel said, I second the idea. You can find a lot or actually most of your stuff at Oriental Trading. I like their personalized items more then anything else. I hope you have a great party. Congratulations.

Dollar stores usually have party supplies or places like Wal-Mart or Target have party supplies for reasonable prices!

Party City , Walmart , Kmart and depends on a them if you do a music party can use cd cover to decorate the house with and old cds.

A paper goods supplier. Look in the yellow pages under "paper goods" or "janitorial supplies." You can get cups, napkins, plates, etc. real cheap. Even plastic ones.
