We're doing a project for my class about the 1960's. We want to serve something when we do our presentation. What is an cheap thing or something to buy to hand out to my class? (there's about 24 people in my class)

It becomes tough with some bands that hang over two decades, but I'll try to use the more dominant one (or at least try to judge by the material from that decade alone). 60s - Beatles 70s - Elvis Costello and the Attractions 80s - the Smiths (currently, this one changes often, 70s too) 90s - Pavement 00s - the Shins ************ Hi Mr. Bernstein. Thanks for the tip. I also forgot, I was killing time in a Borders a couple weeks ago and I checked out Fleet Foxes and they were pretty great. I see the Simon and Garfunkel quality that you were talking about, also splashes of a lot of other great stuff (a bit of the Shins, a bit of that local Tall Tales group I've told you about, and a couple other things that I remember thinking, but I can't quite put my finger on after some time has passed) at any rate, they're definitely on my increasingly long list, but towards the top of it. I'll definitely have a look at Deerhunter soon.

boston baked beans,(they were red candy coated peanuts) bazooka bubble gum, (this bubble gum had comic strips hidden inside the bubble gum wrapper) now laters,( square taffy) red hots,(spicy cinanmin jellybean type candy) good n plenty,( pink, white, black colored jellybeans) cracker jacks( a box of carmel corn and peanuts with a surprise toy inside every box) whine candy( hard fruity candy)candy buttons( little button size drops of hard candy on a roll sheet of paper) candy lipstick( soft red candy held in side a toy lipstick holder it was shaped and resemble lipstick.) sugar daddy and sugar babies( soft chewey bean size caramel sold in a small bag) jaw breakers ( very hard candy can't chew them Hince the name they resemble round bubble gum. ball.) I think a box of cracker jacks would be a great idea for you because not only are they getting a treat but they also get the surprise toy inside. most actuall all of these candies are still sold today, the 60's weren't that long ago, you can most likely find them at a dollar store or 99 cent store.
