My friend and I are throwing a back to school dinner party about week and a half from now and we can't decide exaclty what we want to have. We know it's on the line of either really good meat or fish but we also want some nice fresh vegtables a good wine and dessert and maybe cheese.

Were getting all the food from The Central Market here in Fort Worth, Tx. Which has everything we could choose from. Any good suggestions on what we could do?

Were planning this for the 27 of August which is on a Sunday so it gives us plenty of time to sort everything out. Were expecting at the most 10 people.

All answers are greatly apprecitated. If you could give me the links to great recipe websites that would be great too. Thanks!

Is this true that color can have effect on our appetite, like (some say) McDonald's using bright Yellow and Red color to make an effect on costumers like Yellow makes your easily hungry and you buy food, and Red makes you eat it fast and leave quick the place for the next costumers?

My daughter is turming one on the 26th and I would like to give her a beautiful Birthday Party. I just don't want it to be bland. I am not going to have alot of money to throw it. I remember the fun, the fights, the tuff *** rock concerts from descent bands, parties, and great dances. That place was the boss. It was number one place. Too bad it close down in June, 1999. It was the greatest bar at Maryland University.
