You're in for a treat once you try Chinese food. It's sooo yummy!

* Wonton soup
* mini spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce
* Salt and pepper prawns - they are a bit spicy
* Sang chow bow

Mains

* Sweet and sour pork
* Curried beef and vegetables
* Beef in black bean
* Satay Chicken
* Mongolian beef
* Chicken and almond
* Curried king prawns
* Chicken or beef chow mein with crispy fried noodles

Actually just try lots of stuff as it's all really good! :)

My menu choice would be:

Hot Tea (no sugar needed)
Hot & Sour Soup
Spring Roll (with duck sauce for dipping)
General Tso's Chicken or Garlic Shrimp
And of course to end it all, an orange slice and a fortune cookie!

Beef Chop Suey with Pork Fried Rice and a Shrimp Egg Roll. I eat that once a week at a place by my house. It's sooo good!

Mmmm... my favorite Chinese dish is General Tso's Chicken. It is a little spicy and it goes great with broccoli and white rice.

General Tso's Chicken is awesome! don't be afraid to try it even though the menu may indicate Hot& spicy. Avoid the peppers in it and you'll be fine!
I also like cashew chicken, chicken with broccoli and wonton, spring rolls
Bring it on!

it depends if you are talking about hong kong cuisine or chinese oriental. If you're talking about continental, i would say fried pig's rectum with Hoy Sin sauce (i only ate it once while i was on a business trip). Hong Kong: marinated chicken fried ribs
