If you are looking at holding in outdoors, Columbian Park is probably the best as the city has done a good job making that a very nice place. However, if you're more inclined to indoors, perhaps one of the two Pizza Huts that has a banquet room (the one on Farabee and the one on Sagamore Parkway on the West Side). The rooms are large enough to accommodate that many people without any problems. I've hosted events at both locations and have no problems with the staff.

Just go to that park across from the hospital I forget the name of it. But it has a playground or two, a petting zoo, and lot's of stuff to do.
Columbia Park. That's the name of it.
Happy Hollow Park is nice, but only has the one playground so it may not be great for a one-year old party.

No way. it is a really tremendous eating position. Are you nuts? Didn't ya just have a baby shower a year ago? According to "Parent's Magazine" you are supposed to invite however many people your child's age is.
