Quick things like - Pretzles, Check Mix, & of course Chips. A good hit are the small sandwich tray's at a grociery store. If you want to kick it up a little better, call a local mexican restarant and get the large party tray. it has mini burro's, taquito's, tacos, etc...

Ofcourse, serve with Ice cold soda's and spirits.

You can never go wrong with a platter of "Make your own tacos or sub sandwich"
Its ver y easy....
Tacos? Just lay out every known ingredient your friends would like. You may have to brown whichever meat you will use... chicken or beef. But thats the toughest part.
Subs?..... Way easier.... hit the deli.... all of the deluxe deli meats you can afford... and all the condiments to boot.... No cooking involved.
Good Luck

Frozen meatballs are always good. You could leave them in a crock pot with sauce to stay warm. Also chip and dips. Chicken fingers are also good. Celery and carrots. Chicken wings or pizza. Good luck

Mexican dip (layered Sour cream, refried beans, shredded cheese, tomato, and olives) with tortilla chips.

Or Chilli-Cheese dip (cream cheese spread into the bottom of a pie plate layered with a can of chilli on top of it, lots of shredded cheese -- microwave until the cheese is melted) with tortilla chips

I'm not sure what it's called but it's good. It's slices of corned beef smear cream cheese on it then wrap it around a pickle. It's really good.
