I want to make my own mixed drink New Years Eve. I have a blender if needed and no shot glasses. Basically I want to get phucked up (drunk) ;) I'm female and lactose intolerant btw if that matters. Thanks.

What is a good drink with Cigars?

I smoke cigars for pure pleasure. I usually drink beer, but I've heard of other things that enhance the cigar taste etc. What are some other good things to drink while smoking cigars?

When a person could be considered an alcoholic?

For example someone who drinks every weekend but does not get drunk is he/she an alcoholic? some say that someone who drinks often is an alcoholic, but what about people in Europe, they drink wine all the time. Are all they alcoholics?
