Also be aware the California version of Pinot Grigio is Pinot Gris. A couple of my favs are:

Luna Di Luna - Pinot Grigio
Bollini - Pinot Grigio
Epihany - Pinot gris

Most Pinot Grigio is moderatly priced. Have yet to see a bottle over 30 bucks. Get a few bottles, cook some Gnocchi with a sause of your preference. I prefer an alfredo sause. Enjoy a good meal and taste test.

British Columbia has lately received a lot of international recognition for Its Pinot Grigio / Pinot Gris.
Hester Creek does a very fresh version

Pinot Grigio is a classic Italian grape
Voga does a beautiful one in very unique packaging

and I am partial to a Brown Bothers or I think Yalumba do one too, yalumba wines are very good, if you like pinot grigio try their viogner too.................lovely yuminess in a glass
