Everyone is different and gets hangovers from different things. It also depends on how much you eat the day you drink. If you have a full stomach while drinking your hangover wont be as bad. Also, drink plenty of water before you go to sleep. Hangovers are caused because you are dehydrated. So drink as much water as possible before you go to bed and keep water next to you to drink if you wake up in the middle of the night. STAY HYDRATED.

any 100% grain neutral spirit will result in a lower hangover. That would pretty much include anything clear, and the higher you go up into the price range, generally the more times a spirit has been distilled to insure purity. Vodka and Gin are obvious choices, while whiskies have the most impurities and will probably give you the worst hangover in the morning.

Just drink water while you drink. Good rule: 8oz water for every drink. A hangover is just dehydration.
