A friend came up with a cocktail that he would like patented and served in restaurants and bars across the country, and to be featured in bartending books. How does he start the process?

I'm not talking about specialist nosing glasses and stuff - just like tumblers or whatever and where can you get them?

I know you can get liver disease and stuff like that. But does it start messing with your mind? Does it really kill tons and tons of brain cells? I drink maybe once a week, but when i do, I get very drunk, and stay up late.

Sure to spark a good debate! My mates and I all rate ourselves as "Beer Conneseuirs", and having travellied a bit, I fancy my list as pretty good, but who agrees/ disagrees? Tell me your top 10 favourite beers?
My top 10 is:
1. Boags Premium (AUS)
2. Warsteiner (GER)
3. Newcastle Brown Ale (UK)
4. Lowenbrau (GER)
5. Staropramen (CZE)
6. Leffe Blonde (BEL)
7. Birra Moretti (ITA)
8. Budweiser Budvar (CZE)
9. Duvel (BEL)
10. Asahi (JPN)
12th man award goes to Yebisu (JPN)
BTW I have an obvious Lager bias, but if you like other styles, go for it!

I am looking for a good vintage, for a family occasion. I would like to spend upto about £50 roughly. I know places like M&S and Tesco do 2001/2 vintage for about £20 but I am looking for something a little more special. Can anyone reccomend a good one, with a reasonable price tag.
