Most likely. The majority of wines (that are bottled for "long-term" preservation) contain sulfites. But it's no reason not to drink sake... ;-)

No. Sake is really a beer, as it is brewed. It is a called a wine for tax purposes only.

Saké contains no sulphites.
Unlike wine, you will not find sulphites in saké. Many people have adverse affects to sulphites, making saké a great alternative to drinking wine.
