Massive quantities of water and vitamins.

If you drink water through out the evening when you are drinking and then drink a big glass before you go to bed, you usually won't have a hangover the next day. Alcohol dehydrates you and that causes the worse of the hangover symptoms.. The massive headache.

A hangover is caused by dehydration. The best way to cure it is to consume the equivalent of alcohol in water. Its not easy to do. after you have a beer drink a cup of water and so on. You have to stay hydrated.

When I'm going to bed I take two ibuprofen with at least two glasses of water. When I wake up I take two more and drink two more glasses of water. Then, I usually hit something greasy, like a good greasy breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast, hashbrowns. Sometimes if its later in the afternoon, McDonalds is the perfect hangover remedy.

to avoid it to begin with!!!! Know you limit and you won't get one, but otherwise, make sure you start out with food in your system, which will help absorb the alcohol and move it through you system, drink plenty of water, if yo udon't want to WHILE your drinking make sure you drink as much of it as you can befor eyou go to sleep and take a multi vitamin and 2 tylenol before you go to sleep. Also in my personnal expierence I have found beer causes WAY worse hangovers then liquor or wine and when you wake up the next morning, of course drink more water, eat a breakfast with ton of carbs and take a shower.

Water Water Water. Preferable while you are drinking. You might think that it will kill your buz, but not as much as you think. Trust me it is well worth it even if it does a little. Think of the bright side, you might not be as hammered this way so you don't end up doing something you regret. Follow above with more water in the morning. Nothing can sober you up other than time. Water to re-hydrate yourself!!

V8 and water. I prefer the spicy V8, but I'm sure that the others will work. Also get moving, don't just lay there or sit there and wait for it to go away. I have even found that some sweating (as long as you keep yourself hydrated) helps. and of course remember to eat, make yourself eat if you have to. make sure you eat something with a little salt to help retain fluids a bit.

I don't take Tylenol or aspirin.

Drink gatorade, take 4 ibuprofen (total of 800mg), and take it easy. That really does work though, you should feel better after a couple hours. The gatorade has electrolytes in it that will restore your system.
