I'm not sure if you wanted non-alcoholic or what, so here's a little combo of both :)

Halloween Sparkle Punch

2/3 cup TANG Orange Flavor Drink Mix
1 qt. (4 cups) cold water
2 cups cold ginger ale
1 pt. (2 cups) blackberry sherbet

PLACE drink mix in punch bowl or large plastic or glass pitcher. Add water; stir until drink mix is dissolved. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
STIR in ginger ale when ready to serve.
PLACE 1/4 cup sherbet in each punch cup. Pour drink mix over sherbet.

Ghoulish Punch

2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin
2 cups cold orange juice
1 bottle (1 liter) seltzer, chilled
Ice cubes
1 pt. (2 cups) orange sherbet, slightly softened
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in juice. Cool to room temperature.
POUR into punch bowl just before serving. Add seltzer and ice; stir.
ADD scoops of sherbet and fruit slices.

To keep the punch cold you could freeze water in a clear glove so it looks likes hands in the punch bowl.

Alcoholic Drinks...

Jack o Tini

2 oz. Vodka - chilled
1/4 oz. Bols Pumpkin Smash Liqueur
1 Candy Corn

Place a single candy corn at the bottom of chilled cocktail glass. Combine vodka and liqueur a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into the glass.

Creepy Crawly Jello Shots

2 Cups Vodka
3 Cups Water
3 Packages Jello
Gummy Worms

In a sauce pan, bring the water to a boil. Once boiling add in the Jello and stir until it is completely disolved, then stir 2 more minutes. Add in the vodka and stir. Pour mixture into clear plastic shot glasses and chill. Before they get firm, add a gummy worm to each glass. Then let them firm up.

Jagermonster

Fill a mixing glass with ice.

1 oz. Jägermeister
1 oz. Grenadine
Fill with Orange Juice

Combine all everything in the mixing glass. Mix well, and serve in a beer mug.

I am using this one from foodnetwork

1 cup gummy worms or other creepy crawler candy
2 ice cube trays
1 quart fruit punch
Witch's Brew, recipe follows

Arrange gummy worms in ice cube trays, 1 worm per cube. Fill tray with fruit punch as you normally would water. Freeze until solid, 8 hours or overnight. Place into Witches Brew minutes before serving.

Witch's Brew:
Recipe courtesy "Semi-Homemade(r) Desserts," Miramax Books, 2003

1 (6-ounce) package lime gelatin
2 cups boiling water
3 cups chilled pineapple juice
1 (2 liter) bottle chilled lemon-lime soft drink or ginger ale
2 cups chilled vodka, optional

Special equipment:
1 large black plastic cauldron (available at party or craft stores)
1 punch bowl that fits inside the cauldron
1 plastic hand (available at party supply stores), sterilized in hot water
1 block dry ice (available at supermarkets, ice cream shops or ice companies)

Pour the gelatin mix into a large bowl. Slowly stir in the boiling water. Stir at least 2 minutes, until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in the pineapple juice. Let cool to room temperature.
Wearing heavy duty gloves or using tongs, place the block of dry ice in the bottom of the cauldron. (Dry ice will burn skin, so handle it with gloves and tongs and keep it away from kids and pets!)
Use an ice pick to break the block into smaller chunks, if necessary.

Fill the cauldron with just enough water to cover the dry ice. It will begin to "steam."
Place the punch bowl inside the cauldron, on top of the dry ice. The cauldron will appear to be magically smoking.

Entrap the sterilized rubber hand between the cauldron and the punch bowl, squeezing it tight so the hand appears to be reaching out of the mist for help. Hot-glue the hand to the cauldron, if necessary, to hold it in place.

Carefully pour the drink mixture into the punch bowl. Slowly add the chilled vodka and lemon-lime soda or ginger ale. Stir gently to mix.

Yield: 12 to 16 servings

Since you have good ideas for drinks here, I'll tell you what we always use in our punchbowl. Fill a (not-powdered) rubber glove with water (or punch) and freeze. Then rip the glove off, and you have a hand ice-cube. Looks kinda creepy in the punchbowl!

Well this drink contains rum, but you can do it with out rum.

Take apple cider, add 3 tablespoons of cinammod, and apple spice, bring to a boil. Add as much rum as you would like, for a full gallon of cider we add half a bottle. Once heated, serve and drink.

I would suggest to just add food coloring to your favorite mixed drinks to give them a spooky color. Try green, orange, red or even black!
