I've made sake many times doburoku style using koji and normal rice (usually Nishiki since polished is hard to find), at lager temps.....40-50F. It's a very fine product actually, but I'd like to try a stab at steamed/geletinized potatoes, any clues on proportions to koji rice, water, etc?

Im talking about beers from the United States here. Ive recently done 100 beers from around the world in 20 days and the only one from America that was half decent was Budweiser, and it was nothing special. On the other hand, go south of the border and down a magnitude in living standards and wealth, El Salvador makes better beer than you!?!
Brazil aswell, not to mention, as im sure you all know, Mexico makes a decent brew.

came back negative. TB was also negative. same DIABETES must be the phenomanal germanic-hun(german-north american cree asian) genes flowing through these veins. TODD the barbarian that read they destroyed the ROMAN EMPIRE cause germans came out of the mountains and built rome not some skinny italians attacking mountain strongholds of the GOTTS.

avast.
barbarians at the gates.
beer and woman is what this barbarian needs tonight.
have a beer for Me.
and don't worry when your woman makes love to you she's really hoping she would be treated like a new times roman GODDESS with the barbarian TODD in her. I say don't worry cause their is only one of Me and so many of them.
hope you italians get well soon. i only dislike criminal italians not the average ones.

Hi. I am curious about Kahlua. Is it best chilled? Straight? Mixed with cream or something?

Someone once told me about a mixed drink with cream and vodka and Kahlua.

Any other tips?

I live on the east coast over the past year and fell in love with Yuengling beer. However, it isn't sold in my state, so I was wondering what beer is closest to taste to Yuengling? I found it to be pretty mild, but with a unique flavor that wasn't too strong.
