Ok heres my prob: It's my first time making strawberry wine, but i used the same yeast i would use for bread making instead of brewer's yeast. Never even thought of that fact until I got to the straining part. Did I do a no no? Did I ruin it? Is it drinkable? And what's the difference? Help! LOL

In Germany I've seen sparkeling water,apple wine, and even Coca Cola! In the U.S. tomato juice, pear cider, Jaggermeister. Any more?

I made homemade wine from grape juice concentrate and it tasted strikingly similiar to store bought to my suprise, but can I use other juices or are things like orange juice concentrate too acidic? How bout cranberry...I dunno, im just a wino....

Ok, tomorrow evening will be my bartending debut. I have been waiting for this opportunity for over 3 years (Bartending school, never given a chance for a job when applied and working as a food runner going crazy).
