There's a million of them:
Vodka + tonic + lime= vodka tonic
Vodka + grapefruit juice = greyhound
Vodka + OJ = screwdriver
Vodka + triple sec + lemon juice + sugar = lemon drop shot
Vodka + pineapple juice = jackhammer
Vodka + vermouth + olive = martini

Vodka is the universal mixer. Besides the fancier drinks that you may order in the bar, the neutral flavor of vodka goes well with most fruit juices. My favs are screwdriver, and a drink that I make from 1 part vodka, 1 part blue raspberry syrup, and about 4 parts club soda.

redbull and vodka is great
a melted popsicle and vodka is yummy
jello with vodka mixed in and allowed to set up (jello shots)
most any citrus juice
or hell why play around straight up vodka is great too!

Instead of ice, you should use Otter Pops. It makes for a delicious drink! Also you can stir the drink with an Otter Pop. After it is stirred, enjoy the otter pop.
