True. You want to be able to fully smell the bouquet without interference from the perfume.

Yes.
Not only will perfumes/colognes totally mask the bouquet of a wine, but believe it or not, a large amount of tasting is done through your nose. Notice how when you have a cold it's difficult to taste certain flavors? It's not because your cold made your tounge numb, it's because you rely so heavily on your sense of smell.
Most perfumes and colognes are designed to be noticeable and strong. They also have distinct alcohol/astringent properties that will totally mess with your ability to taste certain flavors.

Yes
you should avoid anything with a perfume because it affects the ability to taste wine. For same reason, smoking is not permitted.

Absolutely true.
Because smell is such an important aspect of wine tasting, courteous tasters try not to interfere with other tasters' ability to smell. This means
* Smoking (anything) is a complete no-no at any wine tasting.
* Using any scent (perfume, after-shave lotion, scented hair spray, and so on) is undesirable. These foreign odors can really interfere with your fellow tasters' ability to detect the wine's aroma.

I guess it can probably be recommended.
Yet, I´ve attended several wine tastings, read books on how to taste wine and spirits, and I´ve never read or hear an explicit recommendation not to wear perfume.
