If I am sheet faced I usually top the night off with about 6 White Castle hamburgers and a large Big Red. If you don't have a White Castle were you live then move. Now here is where you need some pre-drinking prep, before you go drinking put a bottle of Gatorade in the freezer then take it with you to bed and the very first time you wake up in the night chug that mutha. It works for me at least.

The biggest reason a person gets a hang over is they become dehydrated. To keep from having a hang over insure you drink water (carbonated or caffienated drinks wont help) and before you go to bed take 2 aspirin or Tylenol and the largest glass of water you can drink (If you still have the capabilities to think by then). Moderate your intake before its time to quit drinking, and try to sip instead of shoot the last 2 to 3 hours of the evening. Then refer back to the drinking of water section above. After that your on your own. There are no real "cures" for Hang Overs, just precautions to do to keep them from being to vicious.

Drink water. For every serving of alcohol, guzzle down a cup of water. If you don't have to pee at least once for every drink, you're doing something wrong.

Drinking rids the body of salts, so gatorade might be better, but that's expensive. Salty food's an easier solution.

Drinking also destroys one of the B vitamins, known as Riboflavin, so whole weat bread is a good thing, or some good vitamins.

Rumor has it that Vitamin C, and asprin the night before also help. I've never tried that. Coffee isn't so great, and red bull...

Well, alcohol and any kind of energy drink generally leads to belligerent drunks, shaking hands, or heart problems.

Gatorade or hang over pills. Usually if you already have the hang over it gets a lot harder, but what I usually do is have a gatorade right before I go to sleep if I feel like I've had too much to drink. Or if you're not planning on sleeping then usually 3 or 4 am. I've never had to actually take hangover pills, but I've heard that they work really well.

Hangovers are just your body's way of telling you you're dehydrated. Drinking water helps, but usually it's not enough when you're hung over. So, anything that is well known for rehydrating your body should do the trick.

drink the "more water" while you're drinking the ale - after the first pint, every following pint should be accompanied by a pint of water

If you're not a stickler, avoid ale - it has some special little hangover messages all of its own that other brews don't have

if in the right kind of joint, stick to G&T all night - the hangover cure comes with the drink (tonic)

before you hit the sack, drink a litre of Irn Bru, Lucozade, Gatorade or Canada Dry. Down in one.

Remember what zebedee said.

Eat something substantial, like a sandwich, drink a glass of water and go to bed. Sleep for at least 8 hours. Then as soon as you wake up begin drinking water. Like down a couple of glasses and eat. That's what I do. I usually don't have hangovers.

Can't get rid of it completely during one, take it easy with an advil and solid foods. Keep yourself hydrated though! Dehydration is similar to a hangover.

But if you drink lots of fluids such as water or gatorade while you drink, you will most likely wake up feeling fine. I honestly don't know from expirience, but I read about it.

Well I can tell you how to prevent one. Eat when you drink. Drink water after you drink. Take a pain killer before you go to bed that night. Drink some more water. Lots of water.
