Why is it that Pot smokers and drinkers dont see eye to eye?(see thier vices as more innocent then the other)?

I don't get it.. who said pot smokers cannot drink and drinkers cannot smoke pot?? I don't smoke. Some of my friends do. I don't hold any grudge against them. I drink. Some of them do. Some of them don't. I don't hold anything against them for that either.. Maybe I am the one in denial because i don't feel any tension between my friends?? Sure.. whatever... go get drunk or smoke a joint or whatever you want to do and quit trying to pick a fight.

Your assumption is that they are both vices and not innocent.

So you are saying then that Jesus encouraged a vice when He turned the water into wine at the wedding in Cana??

Because they are both in denial.. both alcohol and pot are addictions, drugs.... both are cop outs to reality. As for playing video games while high? maybe it makes the graphics jump around? As for music? Even us "squares " love music :)

if you want the straight out facts ask a pot-head alcoholic. i dated one in college. he said if he could smoke all the time without legal consequence he would give up alcohol forever. he was an english grad student getting terrific grades. never missed class or work.

Responsible choices do not succumb to addiction.
That sounds like a societal blame. Take responsibilty for all your choices. You can becaome addicted to "meditation" if you are irresponsible.
