Singles & Dating - 23 February 2007

I have a bit of a crush on this guy who is a year older than me... I haven't actually talked to him much but my best-friend thinks he likes me... but my best friend tends to jump to conclusions quickly. When we (me and my crush) are walking down the hallway, we;ll glance at each other for a second or so but quickly look away... he mentioned to my brother (who happens to be one of his good friends) that he wants a girlfriend (he's not some desperate creep though....) Idk... we have a lot of things in common too like class choices (which in my case is rare)- but we don't actually have any of the same classes, and we have many of the same interests... but not so many that it would be boring to be with him. What do you think?

...I am glad he hasnt but I am wondering what it means. He kisses me so I know he likes me. I really like him and he works way too much and has very little free time. He has spent most of what he has with me. He passes out alot and we fall asleep all snuggly but I am so confused. He works two jobs and has a small business. Thats what I use to justify his always falling asleep. I am getting so attached to him and sometimes Im not sure of whats going on in his head. We speak every day on the phone and in the begining it was 3 or so times a day. I almost want to run away before I get hurt. He doesnt seem to like to go out much.....and I met him in a bar..his second time there and my first. I dont get why he has not tried to sleep with me. I wonder if he just doesnt think of me "that" way. Maybe he thinks I have cooties. I guess Im not really asking a question, Im just seeking advice. Do I run away yet or wait to see what happens? Is he attracted to me? Why does he always fall asleepwithme

I have a huge crush on this guy that I go to school with. I used to talk to him fine in the beginning...but i suddenly started liking him, and everything has changed. I see him everyday in class and at the library, and everytime I walk by him, or anytime he is nearby, I freak out. Everyday I tell myself that I will start a conversation with him, and even plan out what I am going to say, but each time I chicken out. How do I get the nerve to talk to this guy. I'm so afraid that I may go up to him and lose my voice or start stuttering. I'm 22 and in medical school...but i just cant talk to guys....

ive liked this guy names tyler since before thanksgiving but he has a girlfriend (he could do so much better than her even if its not with me). my best friend knew it and then about a month ago i realized that i needed to move on so at the valentines dance i danced with this guy named kyle and he was so sweet. he would pull me in and then make sure that i was ok with being that close to him. we danced for like 7 songs so close that his belt was pushing into me. well i decided that i could really like him so over this past month ive liked him but today i found out that "he doesnt like me like that". also i found out today that my best friend really likes tyler (the guy ive like since before thanksgiving) and i realized coming home that ive never stopped liking tyler. what should i do since she likes him and he flirts with both of us. what should i do with kyle since hes be flirting with me for the last month but he doesnt seem to like me. is he sending me mixed signals or is it just me?

I'm a nice guy, I always treat girls with respect, I'm funny, pretty handsome, smart, always think of them before myself, I don't come on to strong but at the same time I don't stray away, talk to them, listen, you now basically everything. i play school sports,

But i've been rejected, used, left in the middle of a date for the ex, stood up, one girl even asked me out didn't show up and then laughed at me, i've been played, acted like they like me, say they didn't like me then get mad when i try to move on

My boyfriend has been so stressed out these days about his job. He's been feeling very low. He had a fight with his boss as his boss refused to promote him and in his job the only way forward is to be promoted. He works till evenings and in the meantime he goes for interviews in the lunch time looking for a new job. He spends his evenings and weekends preparig himself for these interviews. He's actually going for 2 big interviews near my city in 2 weeks time so we can see each other more often. He told me yesterday that we will meet each other in 2 weeks. He told me the other day that he's getting completely crazy with his company and he cannot wait until he leaves but he still needs to pretend in front of his boss that all is ok as he cannot just leave now. He told me he needs time to focus and he warned me he may be less available for me until then but I have not been able to leave him alone. I have become needy and I told him we're loosing our relaitonship. He became upset with me.

Ok, here's the thing.....But please don't make mean comments, please only serious answers!!!

How should I start this, ok, I love a guy I've never met in person, I know, I know it sounds stupid, even I can't believe I just said that...is that possible, to love someone only by seeing their picture? is it possible? I mean I have contact with his sister, and I've sent her pics of my self, and she showed him, and he thinks I'm cute.......they live back home, and I'm here in Canada, and unfortunately I can't travel at the moment :(

Well, theres this guy I met recently that I like, but I'm not sure what he thinks of me. We don't really talk in person but on IM he is always first to message me and he talks a lot. However, at school its like he doesn't even know me.
