Well i do mastrubate about once every 2 weeks and after that i end up feeling guilty and keep makin resolutions not to do so hence forth but i find that difficult to keep up.
What i dont like is that i mastrubate to porn and i do not wish to look at women as objects of sex and desire as portrayed in most cases rather as an individual person.
The longest i have stayed away from porn and mastrubation is one and a half months .
Both of these are against my religion. I am 23 and have no girlfriend and have never dated though i have been asked out a couple of times.
Any suggestions how to stop porn and Mastrubating.Getting laid is not an option nor is gettin a girlfriend as i have my education as my 1st priority and this does distract me from my engineering studies

this guy and i have had this thing for a while now, and he used to like me (it's basically proven.. i mean big, major signs) but we're both shy when it comes to this, and we haven't talked for so long... i don't know whats going on. i've noticed that whenever he sees me, he gets kind of tense... and kind of freezes up. My friend says he gets really nervous when she says my name. He'll stare and listen to me closely, but when i try to initiate eye contact, he'll turn his head away from me immediately. . . once in a while, he'll keep eye contact for a while, and theres look in his eye that makes me melt... but i don't know what it is. i know it's hard to tell since we haven't talked for so long, but do you think he still has feelings for me?

I'm average looking (tall, tanned brown skin, good build, black hair and eyes) and recently i gained new confidence in myself and soon found myself talking to a lot of girls at college. there was this school dance last nite and i went and a bunch of my friends were sorta pushing everyone around and one of my friends pushed me into this guy in my class and anyway he asked me if i wanted to dance (at the startof the dance he said he wouldn't because his friend likes me and yah but he wasn't there)and i said ya,it was a slow dance.k he has a cousin in gr 9 who is going out with my best friend and they were dancing to and somewhere in the song my dance partner and his cousin start talking or something and i guess his cousin said that he should kiss me and he said something about his friend i don't remeber and he did something with his hands (behind my back so i couldn't see it) but my friend and her b/f smiled kinda and he pulled me closer and then he kinda started licking his lips and all that and we were like really close together.The song ended and he said was "good job" and then two secs later he had me dance with one his friends. I just think love is weak and it disgusts me. I always want to be strong and tough, like a dictator. I want to be alone the rest of my life with no one with me. I have never loved anyone, not even my parents. I gave up trying to get a girl, and I didn't even ask a girl out because I view myself as stupid and unattractive, but everyone tells me I'm attractive, so I don't want to embarass myself. If some girl asked me out, I would just say no. I view everything as a battle, and I think being in love as losing a battle. I just want to hit everybody I see making out or holding hands.
