I'm 27 going on 28 and have been single for quite a few years and haven't had any serious relationships since college. For the past few years I've been trying to meet people but have had repeated problems with people I've been meeting, perhaps that I'm going about it the wrong way but with very limited amounts of free time I wind up frequently meeting people through personal ads, sites and such and various other less traditional forums. I've had bad experiences at singles bars and at that general scene so quite frankly I've quit attending it.

I don't think the problem is that I'm unattractive though I have admittedly had some work done in the past few years, the problem is more or less that I keep meeting the wrong kinds of guys. I'm college educated with a masters degree and set very high standards and it seems perhaps that my standards are too high to some people. So when I've lowered my standards I haven't had much better luck either. Any suggestions?

my bf is 21 and im 16 hes always nice to me.and really sweet.he pretty much doesnt come near me or do any thing to me execpt kiss me and its me going to him.hes really good looking and always tries to act like he doesnt care about people but hes really a marshmello.he has alot of friends that are women and they always say to look out cuz hes a snake but most of them like him.he has a cute 2 year old.and always tell me that im so sweet and that he loves me hes always joking around my mom says i should find some one my own age but all they guys at my age are imature.and were ingaged.hes always blushing when hes around me and one of his exs say that its wierd.and some times when he sees me sad or upset he say " if my being with you is going to make things hard then i dont think we should be ". hes always thinking of me,but one of his exs said that he said that he love her and he still boke up with her.but i want to know if hes telling me the truth.

My daughter is 13 years old and she has friends that are supposedly going out with boys. I would ask her, "What do they do when they go out? ...She says that they do nothing..they are just known as boyfriend and girlfriend. I;ve seen one girl who is "going out" with this boy and she doesn't even talk to the kid. What is that?!?!
