Singles & Dating - 31 August 2006

mk long story short: i need help, iv met this awsome guy at the gym a few weeks ago. hes 18 & is big into cars & he plays football!- which it hot ;) haha wev hung out only once & that was in a group so we didnt get much one on one time.- we talk alot online, but sometimes have those "akward silences" i dont know why- maybe were both trying to hard?

but we are going to see a football game tom. night by ourselves. hes picking me up & wre driving out and then maybe meeting up with some of his friends after the game.

how do i flirt with him? what should i wear? how do i try to impress him w/o out seeming obvious? guys any helpful tips that you want to add, id love them!...what do u look for when ur take a girl out the1st time .. any advice, please =)

Okay, i really like this guy, and i gave him some hints then i wrote him a letter and told him everything i felt about him.....to be more specific i'm 18 and he's 26 years old...well anyways...i told him....and well he told me he has a g/f already!! :(......but not the problem is that i can't forget him....i've been liking him for almost 8 months!! what should i do to forget HIM....i really do, because it hurts alot..i even think i loved him!!! :( well anyaways, any good ideas to forget someone????

My friend thinks I like him. I have already posted questions asking how to tell him I like him. It was only a bet with a friend and now he won't believe that I don't like him. My daughter was born with a small birth defect. It was hardly noticeable until she became a teenager. She was made fun of in school and developed a serious complex. Now she's 21 and very shy about getting out and meeting people. I try to tell her not to worry about her problem. If someone really loves her, the birth defect won't matter...My question, Do you have any advice, what should I do to help her ???

been seeing someone for a little while now..... a really great guy.
It's a very new relationship-- about a month.
My trouble is trying to manage my feelings. I am a single mother-- my five year old son's dad died four years ago.
Having raised my son alone, I am not looking to date for fun, and i don't involve people I date with my son so that he doesn't become attatched and get confused.
This man I'm seeing is absolutely wonderful. He is the brother of a friend, and I already know his family. It's been a short time, but I have very strong feelings for him.....
He feels the same, and he cares about my son. (he has met him in group situations a few times.)
I can't help but wonder if it's abnormal to feel so strongly so soon?
I'm not normally like this-- I mean, of course, any new realtionship is fun and exciting in the beginning.... but this feels different.
Should I try to back off of this a little? Or is it possible to sort of 'know' that things are right this soon?
