Well, horoscopes are just for entertainment, but I read them everyday because sometimes they SEEM to ring some truth. SO, what it means is that you have been flirting with someone who has been resisting your charm, but they have never had you flirt with them HEAD ON, like you being completely direct, not just dropping hints but making it very blatantly obvious that you like them. So it is telling you to make sure that you do this and make it obvious to this person that you do have some admiration for them, you want them to know how you feel so that they can be on the same page as you. So they know what they are dealing with, not just an innocent flirt but real affection.

Well is there someone you have been trying to attract? If so and you haven't gotten very far and you feel it could really work and you know for certain he is not taken, make it very clear to him that you are a charming person and tell him that you enjoy talking with him, or remark on how smart he is to have come up with whatever. "Just one look is all it takes" probably means love at first sight. it says "this person's been resisting your charm" which means he/she has a secret crush on you, but is afraid to admit it and he/she is trying to resist it....
