Singles & Dating - 20 August 2006

i haven't gone out with someone for a year and a half and its driving me crazy. i don't tell people that because if i did, all they would think is "he's desperate, he'd go out with anyone". but i must be missing something or i dont know. advice is all i ask for. and if you have read any of my previous questions and have found them rude or disgrading, im sorry.

Out last night and i bumped in to an ex of mine who was out with her friends, We used to go out two years ago and have seen her out and about with her new bloke a few times in the last six months, We had a drink and a few laughs and it was not until later in the evening that she suggested that we share a cab home as she is enroute to mine. When we got to her flat she asked if i wanted to come in, we had a few more drinks and then started to fool around on the sofa, I stopped things and she said that it was okay as her B/F was away for the weekend with his mates.
I left with nothing else happening and since i left she has called and texted several times asking me to go round there as he is not back until Wednesday.

A large proportion of me is saying dont go round there, but another is saying go as there shall be no reprocussions !!!

So in the immortal words of the clash " Should i stay or should i go now ? "

I know ive posted this before, but i dont seem to be getting alot of answers

There is this guy in my school that i think might ask me out soon, becuz of all the "signs" and becuz alot of answers to my other questions said that he probably will....
BUT, my problem is that if he DOES ask me out, I don't know if I should say yes or no
Part of me says no and Partof me says Yes....
i dont know what to do.. i know i didnt give u alot of information, but im just confused...
and PLEASE, just put the fact that im only 13 ASIDE.. just pretend im a different age, i really dont want answers including ur too young.. please

Do you always know whether we like you? Would you tell a guy's sister that you don't like him even if you do? Why would you do this if your answer is yes? Why would you try to make him jealous to get him to like you? And if so, how? I needs some help here; thanks!

why? I dont get it I love this girl very much and she knows it . We have A past together and a son whose is almost 13 . Some good and some bad . It seems when we get along we get along real good, But the more I want it(Relationship) the more she backs away ,But If I back away and pursue other relationships she seems to be around all of a sudden all lovey dovey again and I always fall for it . Then as soon as I put effort into pursueing a relationship with her she all of a suddden stops coming around as much and acting real weird . what the f*** ! My boyfriend and I broke up a week ago. He didn't call me all week, but did on friday night when he knew I might be at the same festival he was at. I didn't answer his call and he didn't leave a message. Well, last night (saturday) I ended up at a party where his friends were and he wasn't...but he found out about it. Today he called all upset but apparently 'not mad' about the fact that I was there with his friends. Is this jealousy? Or what does this sound like to you?

Why dont Men Like Old-Fashioned Girls?

I am a very traditionally centered gal, I dress lady like but
i cover myself up and dont dress slutty. I am very feminine
I like being taken out, I love honoring my man and being
taken care of. I also believe in waiting until marraige as it
was traditionaly done, and developing the emotional
relationship first, as i feel it is more important in
the long run.

However i get the impression in our society that there
is no place for a young feminine modest gal like me.
I would think most men would love to have a woman
stay home and cook and clean for them and be lady
like. (i am 24 btw)

I dated a person (I don't EVEN want to call him a "man") who was seeing three of us at the same time.

I knew about both other women, the one woman knew about me and the last woman didn't know about the other two of us. We all live very far from each other...including the man.

Although this part of the story is only the TIP of the iceburg, this guy's lies have never been told to the people who matter most. (No details on what I mean by that)

And in case you MIGHT be curious, I am one of the older ones on here...someone who should be able to see right thru people, since I am supposed to have a lot of experience (with life).

And btw, I am not looking for judgement here..I just want to peruse other people's stories.
