right before she left for vacation she said is going to miss me a lot and that she is going to be thinking about me non-stop. but she also says that she's happy with what we have right now which is basically that we're best friends who are going out. i can't tell if she wants this relationship to become serious or if she wants to keep it casual. me personally i would love for our relationship to become serious and make it one to remember. but i dont know how she feels. My boyfriend has been lock-up for 8 weeks and I just found out he has been seeing another woman but his mother says the only reason he is dealing with this woman is because he needs money to get out. He is about to lose is job, his apartment, his truck is $900 to get out the inpound. So do I believe is mother and just think its about the money are is it more serious than what she is saying. We've been together for three months. Everything stated off great, he wanted to take me to New York and the Key's. About a month ago things started to change, right when he got back from a 10 "vacation" with his ex / friend (he was helping her move for grad school). When he got back I was upset, we talked and he told me that he considers us just dating but we call each other girlfriend and boyfriend because neither of us are or want to be seeing other people. Just within the last week things have started to get worse, we haven't seen each other in days after sleeping together, eating together, going out together, almost everyday since we met. I ask him to go out with me days in advance, he always ends up doing something else. I told him I was hurt that we don't see each other and that I feel like he doesn't want me. The first time he told me all the right things, he wants to be with me, he cares about me, but time when I told him he got upset and said we need to talk.

So I met a wonderful new guy after me and my four year long love called it quits. The new guy is wonderful and he is very understanding but I am still missing my old bf. I mean we have so much history, but the break up was so horrible that he decided he needed time to even think if he would persue something with me again. I would like to know what a cat means, in relationship. I have been in a relationship for about a week now and my gf says that her cat needs a good home. to make everything clear, she has asked (and i accepted) that she bring her friend to out next date. Her friend has a baby, my theory on this is that she wants to know how good of a father i would be, or to see if i really want to have kids, and care for them. Now back to the question about the cat, she says that she can't have a dog and a cat in the same appartment, for obvious reasons. I have a couple of theories to why she would ask me if i would like a cat.

1. she could see if i would love another person, the cat being a replacement for a person.

2. Or...ok i lied i only have one theory.

If you might know what a cat represents, please help me.

The last time I talked to my boyfriend we had a good conversation, we didnt even have an argrument. well for some reason he basically just stopped calling me for 2 weeks. I split from my ex a year ago now! I really believed he was the one and cant get over it properly. I know it gets easier and it has, and I know time is the greatest healer! But I still love him now although he does not deserve my love, he's done every unforgivable thing possible, hes a ****!
