Quiet girls usually dont give any feedback and just sit there and look pretty. Wild outgoing girls will tell you whats up and give you a run for your money. However the lady in the streets and the freak in the sheets is usually how the nice girl ends up as the other guy said. So the lucky one to snag that girl will most likely be an ******** because they dont mind taking charge and the girl wants to be taken charge of, most of the time.

Personality-nice and kind and sweet
Appearance-dark hair and eyes and skin, lots of curves
Most guys like the outgoing girls over the nice girls because the outgoing girl is more likely to have sex. And too nice girls can be very boring.

I personally prefer an educated, kind, and passionate individual; appearance doesn't matter very much to me.
An outgoing individual can be alright, but once it enters the realm of craziness most men will frown. Most just don't want to deal with that. Stick to kindness, it'll get you farther than eccentricity.

There are all kinds of men and all sort of answers. Basically someone who have at least normal intelligence, an honest smile, witty and a good sense of humor. A nice warm heart and sweet hug-gable arms are a real plus.
