my 6 year old sons fathers gifts overshadow what i was able to buy. i was only able to buy a few smaller well thought out things. adaquet and appreciated. his dad bought the biggest and most expensive things toys'r'us had to offer, withouth considering the boys interests. overindulgent. he also probably wont show up, as he constantly lets the boy down. he dropped the gifts off two days ago for me to wrap. i picked out a few of the smaller things - from santa (legos, robosepianv2, hot wheels). i hid the big things (roboreptile, remote truck and farming set) for when he shows up. is this being too hard? he stoppes by for 5-10 minutes every few weeks. all the boy wants is to see his dad. i don't want him to grow up thinking love and forgiveness can be bought off. any advice?

I am a guy of Indian origin (South Asian Indian), but I got attached with a white girl who is American. But due to family and cultural reasons I may not be able to have relationship with her. Moreover, she is a few years older than me. I want to detach but cannot because I feel some connection of our souls between us. What do you suggest me to do? Please help me!

I have a 6 years of relationship with my girlfriend and now started facing problems. I dont think we can get married and even i cant stay apart. the problem is small issues and irritation in behivour. I made her understand that I'm commited and can do anything which would be good for us. But this didnt helped me. I still love her very much. But i cant take her, because of differenct in nature..

After these many year she can easily leave me but this is hard for me..

I was trying to asked him about those things when we first met, but he said he cannot tell for another reasons and though past is past. I am thinking why he is thinking right now that it is the right time to say everything he was hidden on me before, he said he doesnt want to hurt or lose me either.

My fiance and I will are getting married in 2008; after he finishes graduate school. We've been together five years. My daughter will be starting school next year and I want to know how I can add my fiance's name to my daughter's. She'll be learning to write her name and I'd rather her not have to change it in a couple of years. He will not be adopting her until we get married. I don't wanted hypenated; I just want it added. Her name is Lauryn Alexa Gates and I want her name to be Lauryn Alexa Gates Taylor. What do I have to do to change it? Do I need a Lawyer?
