Hay hippie all that means is that you haven't been a good boy this year.
But i think it sucks when Santa don't even leave a lump of coal to chuck on the fire it's freezing are well I'll just have to chuck my ipod in Nether Mind!!!!.

Have you been naughty this year? If so he may have put you on the naughty list and missed you out. Lesson for next year thou, be good and he'll get you all you want! If you are good next year thou and he still misses you off the list, I believe you may be able to take some sort of legal action against him.
