Friends - November 2006

There is going to be 12 of us (6 lads 6 girls) and we cant think of what we can do? by the way there is only 2 couples in the 12 the rest are single!

We need something active to do before we go for a drink.

I don't have any girl friends in London to hang out with, I only really 3 friends that I see and they are guys, and all my family live in Wales. I feel I have no life... I am always skint, I do work but have go myself in debt over the past 2years after helping someone out. I just feel so alone and don't know how to make girl friends, every body seems to have their own group of friends and I'm quite a shy and timid person so I guess it can make things harder.

Sorry if this is complicated but what would you do if you were in this situation. a friend of mine had a big argument we never resolved the issue it was a problem that i had with her so about 2 months passed and she calls and asks could she see my kids the weekend eventhough we never resolved our issue how can she just 4get about our issue and jump straight to my kids am i wrong for not letting my kids go with her

Ive recently became roommates w/ a friend (oppisite sex)I turned the unfinished bsmt. into my space .Ive really fixed it up nice But since it dosent have any walls/doors Ive hung sheets up where the intrance is, when he comes down he will just walk right in w/out ackno. hisself (almost seems to sneak down like to try catching me in something)since it is His home should I be in the wrong to ask him not to just walk in? I have even pinned the sheet down & he'll almost tear it down trying to get in quick.He a smart man & respectful in other ways & i would think think if it was a door , he would knock before walking in.

I used to think that you could be friends with everyone with no problem. Up till my recent troubles. Theres this girl who constantly spars and argues with me. Shes basically this firehead who is insecure and because of that has lost friends. Ugh.

Now its reached its climax although we thought we were 'close' before. She 'just' doesnt like me and i cant find myself liking her irritating expectations of people when shes not even being a great friend herself either. So, i guess you live life without being able to get along with everyone ? Kinda hard to accept that.

round the corner on my motorised scooter,when my next door neighbours ferret fell off the handle bars and straight under the wheel.Although i had made sure he was wearing a safety helmet and knee guards the poor little thing didnt make it through the night.Im not sure what to do as i hadnt asked permission to take Mr.Ferret out joy riding and the women next door is a little on the butch side.What would you do?

I want to write a letter to one of my dad's friend. He is a business man. And he wants to open a branch in my country and he asked me to find him a person with whom he can parter with. I gave him few email addresses of the people who do the same business as he does. And I asked him to contact them. He didn't contact them but his brother came here for a bussiness trip they both work in different fields. and he is here for his own venture. and he is quite busy too. Now the problem is that my dad's friend asked me to take him to one of those people so that he can meet with him. But those people are very busy and we can't meet them without appointment. And this person is going to stay for only 2 days. SO its difficult to make all the arrangements. Now I want to write a letter to this person and tell him that we couldn't arrange because those people are very busy and we can't meet them without appointment. Can anyone please help me to write a nice letter so that he doesn't feel bad. Thanks

my friend is 16 years old and she is so pretty and has the most beautiful voice i have ever heard. but i always see her down and upsetbecause she has never been encourage to sing and ppl at skool dont even recognise her voice and think she is dumb and not good at anything even her own parents think that because she is not good at skool she is always comming like last or second last but skool aint her thing she wants to sing and dance and be a star but because noone encourages her and helps her she things she is good in nuthin and will get no were in life . plz help and give me advice on how to help her. thankyou.
