I have feelings for this good friend. I really would like to be with him, but i dunno if a relationship would destroy any friendship. He says he would never abandon me. I feel so torn. Any advice?

Are you a man or a woman, explain? I had close feelings for several men but that was in 'Nam and we were in close contact, looked after each other and worried about each other because we lived together, fought together and saved each others lives, sometimes more than once.
When we separated and went home we slowly lost contact. I think this is normal. I don't know if it's what your speaking about.

Find out EXACTLY where you stand with this friend. If they only see you as a mate, then forget it, 'mates' don't get it on. but if he thinks there could be potential for a relationship, then why not. Sometimes though, being lovers after being friends doesn't always work, so be aware of this. If it's all good and he's hot, then go for it!

DONT DO IT it will kill the friendship i did it and now the friendship is over and out, stay away from him for a while and give yourself a chance to get over him but dont do it, you will be so glad in the long run trust me

It is not wrong to have feelings for a friend but it's knowing if those feelings are genuine or not.

it is not wrong but be aware of the consiquecies might be positive or negative but dont be afraid of how you feel we cannot control how we feel and who we fall in love with
