A friend of mine was groped against her will, then the man put his fingers inside of her, she was so shocked and scared, she didnt fight back until she truly realized what was happening. Is this more of rape, because of the penteration or sexual asssult? Does she even have a case in court?

I have a HUGE problem! Last year I accused my friend of stealing from me. Later we got back together. Then one day she asked me if she can borrow this book. I said NO becuase it's a VERY important book for me! I published a poem in it. And I noticed that the book was gone one day! So I went to her house and I found the book! But, she says that that is not my book. She sais that her aunt sent it to her. Her story was very suspicous and I KNOW she stole the book from me! I cannot accuse her of stealing because she will get mad at me and won't give me back my book she will lie and say it's hers! I JUST WANT MY BOOK BACK! It means the world to me! And I won't be able to get another one ever again! I don't think that it's sold in stores. So please please please help me! What should I do? I can't accuse her of lying and stealing because she will lie and say "no no no it's MY book" and I wil never get it back. It's over as soon as I get my book! But how?! What can I do to MAKE her confesse!

there are particularly 2 girls who doesnt know each others. recently they happen to be asking me about my best friend day in day out.

Eg: is your best friend working today? is your best friend going out with you? is your best friend lunching with you? so where's your best friend going tonight?

Really get on my nerves. i have my fair share of attention from other girls. im just irritated by this asking me all abt my best friend thingy. HOW!!

I'm in a group of about 8 unpopular girls, but I'm not like them. I feel no connection to them. Some of the more socially accepted people want me to join their "group", but I still feel sorry for the *cough* geeks. They look to me and my best friend as leaders because we know what we're doing, I guess. I just don't know if I should keep helping them and make myself suffer, or let them fend for themselves for once in their lives.

My friend Sara is daiting my ex Matt and she didn't tell me. I just found out today by my friend Kels. But she daited him before and the first time she only went out with him out of pitty. But before I went out with him I asked her for permission. Now there daiting again. And she promissed me she wouldn't go out with him. All I said was your not going to go out with him again are u? A guy asked me to Homecoming, and he says we're going as friends in front of other people, but I know he likes me as more than friends because he walks me to my locker, etc. I like this other guy who already has a girlfriend, but said that if he didn't have one then he would have taken me to Homecoming. This guy is also really smart, and EXACTLY like me, and always makes me laugh. The first guy, however, isn't the brightest and is totally different then me.I think I like each of them for different qualities (the second guy more though). I know it's wrong to toy with the heart of the guy who asked me to Homecoming, but you can't control your heart too. What should I do?

b/c 2-day I sat down during our break 2 read,& their guys came up
2 me and started flirting with me I didn't know they liked them, so natually I flirted back, then when my friends came the guys left,& my friends were mad @ me!
