look, me and my friend have been best friends since the third grade and ever since up to now we are stronger than two metal chains. anway, the thing its not that i dont except him. i do and i will always be his friend. but i was told that being gay is wrong and i aint worrying about him changing because he is still gonna be that way tomorrow. now i feel bad because of all this. i should go read my bible. gosh.

your friend is the same person. being gay isn't a disease, its a way of life. i'm a christian and i believe that if you are gay you still go to heaven. becuz God is a loving and forgiving God. God died on the cross so we could go to heaven dispite our sins. the only sin that cannot be forgiven is the sin against the holy ghost. if you are really friends with him, be happy that he's happy and so brave to come out. not many people are brave enought, so hidden they stay. and whoever told you that being gay was an abomination was lying to you.

According to scientists, 10% of the population is secretly gay! Its a natural thing, so is not really evil, and can not be wished away. It's like having a third leg- its not your fault if you are gay, because thats just the way you are. Please be more accepting- if he had a choice do you really think you would choose to be gay? Think of the way gay people are treated and looked down in society.

All you did was voice your opinion. There's nothing wrong with that. The unfortunate part is you have to live with your friends reaction to what you've said. Hopefully he will realize that you and he can still be friends and disagree at the same time.

Just accept him as is. Being gay is not wrong. If you think that it is wrong, then maybe he shouldn't be your friend. You need to be understanding. Its not his fault that he is gay....he was born that way.
