Friends - September 2006

close friend was killed yesterday by a drunk driver. He was my boyfriends favorite cousin. I had gotten to know him very well and he was a great person. I am distraught with grief. I have never experienced a loss of a close friend. To make it worse my boyfriend has experienced many of these kinds of situations his older brother, the recently deceased cousins' older brother, another cousin, and also pretty recently his grandfather. You can imagine how he must feel and I feel like I cannot do anything to help him. Let me complicate this further, also yesterday, another one of his cousins was in a quad accident and is in a coma. All of the cousins he grew up with are now either deceased or hospitalized. His aunts/uncles/parents are distraught with all the losses in the family. What kind of things can I do to help him through this? And how can I deal with this so that I feel okay too.

theres this guy i reallyl ike. he is to DIE for. he the hottest guy around. ok. he kinda knows i like im, but he kinda doesnt. i say i dont like him. cuz if everbody knows i do like him, theyll laugh at me. i try to talk to him, but hes always in a bad mood. he always comes to school with a frown on his face. hes always mad, sad, and depresed. i try to email him, but whenever i ask a question like: can we still email when ur in 7th grade next year? then he ends leaving and ends up bloking me. i cant talk to him or anything, cuz he lives in a different city than me. we go to school together, but whenevr i try to talk to him, he never answers. and i ussually say: 7:30 sharp on the computer, ok? he still never answers. and its kinda uncomfortable talking to him at school... and i cant call his cell, cuz that would be too embarrasing! somebody plaese help me!!!

have known this guy for 2 or 3 years. and have liked him off and on for probably tht long too. and so now we're both in marching band and we see each other alot.some of the people in my section (i play the mellophone) have been asking him if he likes me but they wont tell me the answer. they just giggle to themselves and say things like you'll find out and stuff like that. then one of them told me that one of them asked him if he was going to ask me out to homecomming and he said yeah and then she said "well you better do it soon" the he said "i will" and i dont know if he was pressured into it or not. plus all i really wanted to know was if he liked me or not and i still dont know if he does. Please share any advice with me or tell me if you think he likes me or not. thanks

I am looking for long lost friends.Last known they where in Houston Texas( that was around 1993). Their names are Kenneth Caballero and Tamy Caballero. They eventually divorced ,but had a daughter together with the name of Tia.They where stationed with the Army/Airforce in Spangdahlem - Germany(1990-1993) and they both knew my husband as TOP. I have been trying to find them both without any luck. For all I know they could be remarried to other new partners .
I guess to have any sucsess with this it would be great if we had some people here from the Houston /Tx area to help out . I know this might take a while or maybe won't be a sucsess at all .Anyhow if someone of you might know them,please let them know that I am looking for them . their is someone at work who really pisses me off, she is funny but she likes to puch others an poke them in the ribs hard as a joke, i dont want to get mad at her, or send her to the office, the i need to find a funny way to get her back to the point that she all so knows that ive had enough, im a nurse so i cant be to nasty to her, but she has to b put in her place, i love to laugh an joke, can anyone think of anything i can say, so that it wont come back on me

My friend has a problem with a sister, who is constantly harrassing her. She is very rude to her, they argue then the sister who is rude speaks to my friend by this time friend has forgiven her. And the abuse continues again. She is now considering ignoring this sister completely, and telling her sister this as well, That they only comunicate by letter. Now if my friend sticks to these boundaries will it work and how long will this loony sister get the message and change her ways or even learn to respect my friend like my friend respects her.
