just to be clear i don't pick friends because i'm attracted to them, it's just that i have quite a lot of male mates and some have propositioned me or mentioned that they find me attractive, so it got me thinking

Yeah i have loads of friends who are male. Some have said that i am attractive but have not asked me to take it any further. I find that my male friends are easier to talk to than my female ones!

yes you can! I have lots of bloke mates withno funny business. .

The problem I have is crossing that line, if you do fall for them, its a bit scary, but if you are proper pals he will be more sensitive about your feelings.

But I do have a lot of bloke mates who I am pals with who i have not fancied - one is gay and another is a 6'4 tall colleague, who attracts many women, enjoys my company cause he knows I respect him and I am not going to come on to him.

To be honest i have more male friends than women friends, that's because most women are b**chy...and my male friends i can tell you are handsome sophisticated men, but we are just that friends nothing else, i know some of my female friends fancy some of my male friends, but i value the friendship more than to jeopardize it just because i got the hots, or because they are attractive.

I have been, but at some point the relationship will approach the subject of sex. The friendship can end either way, yes or no.

I disagree. I have friends of the opposite sex and more so than not, they are below average. I like people for their personalities, not their looks.
