THIS..MY FRIEND RECEIVED A PHONECALL FROM A STRANGER SAYING THAT HE IS HER SILENT ADMIRER.HE STARTED talking all nasty things with her about her physical traits and started making lewd comments on her body parts and his own private parts telling how big ...When she snapped back he told her that he is sorry for being rude and that he had never met a girl like her before and that he is a good boy .He also made a statement that if she thinks he is in love with her body then she is highly mistaken as love is something else..he banged the phone down saying that he will call her again which he never did..HOW DO U PERCEIVE THIS WHOLE SITUATION AND DO U FEEL THAT THE GIRL IS TO BE BLAMED for this insult or verbal talk ?WHAT COULD BE THE PSYCHE OF THIS INDIVIDUAL AND WHAT DO YOU THINK he feels for her.Does he love her ?mY FRIEND SUSPECTS A NEIGHBOR WHO ALWAYS KEEPS A TRACK OF HER AND KEEPS FOLLOWING HER ON BIKE.SHE IS REALLY ACTING LIKE MAD , NOT READY TO TALK ,FEELS DEGRADING

Any male who loves a woman don't need to focus his attention on her body...when u love someone u should not put conditions. Why women should blame themselves and their body, if a man is making such comments it is the men's fault, he should check his thinking process. tell your Friend being a woman she should not blame her and she should ignore such comments and if it gets out of hand call the cops. Man have brainwashed themselves thinking that women is nothing more than a sexual object. unless that thinking changes women's should not blame themselves. for example a 60 yr old man will have a sexy thoughts about a 17 yr old girl but you will never find a 60 yr old woman having sexy thougths about a 17 yr old boy. A man who focuses his attention on women's body only I think it is not love but sexual addiction and every bad thing has its own consequences. i hope this answers your question, I am not an expert on this matter

*69 & caller I.D. are good ideas but she may want an answering mahine to pick up these calls so that they are admissable in a court of law (#1) & they are also proof that she is being stalked, which there are laws on th books in regards to that. Another idea would be *57 which only law enforcement can get a report on those calls but you have to do it immediately once the call has ended. Sad that a "victim" has to do this stuff but our Criminal Justice system has rules & regulations & you wanna beat these freaks @ their own game. I know it sucks but victims don't seem to have more right than the criminals do. The key here is to build a solid case that this freak can't get out of. Also your friends 9th ammendment rights are being violated as it sounds like she is under unlawful surveilance (Civil Rights Violoation of personal liberties), wheter it is Mr. Potty Mouth or her neighbor. This is not how anybody shows their love & she should NEVER feel degraded............she didn't ask for this bullsh*t and that is all it is. Above all contact your local law enforcement to document a case & see if your local courts have a victim/witness liason she can talk to. Hello, that was a dirty phone call and the neighbor sounds like a stalker!
Get caller ID and perhaps a tiny tape recorder to tape calls just in case this should happened again. I don't know how old you guys are but you may want to tell someone like a parent or another friend just to be safe. No this is NOT your faults and you won't get in trouble for telling. This is how girls show up dead or tied up in some freak's basement, so go ahead and tell.
Also get to a sporting goods store and buy some pepper spray.

Don't let this perv jack@ss force you or her to live a life of fear.

This was an obscene call. The caller "gets off" by shocking the listener. She need simply to hang up the phone. And NO, absolutely not, she is not to blame.

You and your friend sound very young. If she is being "followed and stalked" by a neighbour, you need to tell someone right away, like your parents. Good luck to you. Peace.

Any of the above would help identify the pervert and allow the authorities to deal with him. Never snap back at someone like that on the phone, just hang up as soon as you can and notify someone that you received the call.

The fact that this idividual would even consider talking to her that way on the phone is a clear indication that love is not his motive. Love begins with respect. She is much better off if he never calls back and should feel no guilt in the matter.

Why did she listen at all. All she had to do was gently replace the phone in it's holder. Or, if it's cordless or cell phone, just press the end button. Never listen to perv's, they just take that encouragement and call back.

If her neighbor is following her, she needs to call the police and get them to warn him off. If necessary, get a peace bond served on him.

I can't figure out if you are the girl or the guy. But you are in fact one of them. IF you are the girl, then you need to tell you're parents. If you think that you are too old to tell them, then be a grown-up and call the police. You never know if this pervert has contacted other kids. The second she heard him making lewd comments, she should have hung up. That would have ended it. But she stayed on, listening to everything he had to say. Now, to him, she showed interest because she didnt just hang up.
Just sounds like your average perv making obscene phone calls.
