We've broken up a long while ago, and we've ignored each other ever since. How can I stay friends with her? What should I say? What must I do? Please help... Thanks!

I don't know her or her husband. I realize in one way it's none of my business, but it also makes me angry because my roommate had no problem lying to me about it, so now I don't trust him any more. The lying is way more important to me because we are supposed to be good friends.

I have this friend, and her parents blame me for the way she is.
I dress "punk" and listen to "punk" music. And I showed her some bands and she liked them, and she dresses a little "punk" (I hate labels). Anyways, she tells her parents a bunch of good things about me, I've only met her mom once for like a second. But both her parents are saying that I'm the reason she's gotten a bad grade in a class I'm not even in when I'm a 3.8GPA student. They also blame me for the music she likes, which is a lot of screamo, emo, punk stuff. They keep telling her that she is "goth", and that her music is "goth" and that she is the way she is because she is trying to impress me, which isn't true. She does it because she wants to.
On the 10th I'm going over to her house because it is her birthday. Well, of course her parents will be there and I don't know what to do. I don't want to come over and be completely fake just to impress them, but I also don't want to leave an even worse impression.

Ok, all my friend does it talk about herself. How pretty she is, how all the guys like her. I mean, she has a very high self-esteem. When we go out, or are on the phone together all she talks about is how many guys want to be with her. I mean, she's freakin' married!! How can I get her to shut up. I already cut our time of spending time together.

My "good" friend of nearly 20 years and I stopped talking over two years ago about something that could've been talked out and worked out but she just chose to shut down. My friend is with this girl and they both cheat on each other but they wont break up because they've been thru a lot together and they've been together a long time. it really hurts me to see him sad because i care about him so much. i dont know how to tell him that he's settling for a quality of life thats less than he deserves, can any one help me out? this boy is my really good friend & we hang out & talk alot. todat he was at my house. i walked around to the other side of the house & he followed me normally when he talks he is like flirty but todat he was serious. he said he had to tell me something then he was like never mind i forgot. later he made up an excuse which i'm pretty sure was not true about what he was gonna ask me then he left. he acted pretty weird today.my friends think he wanted to ask me out but i'm not sure so what do yall think? thanks in advance!!!

See I have been writing to my friend ever since we were seven and he moved away on the other sided of the US. But these past 2 YEARS (now we're 17) I've liked him almost to the point where it's putting a pause on my life and I can't keep it a secret any longer. I really don't expect him to return my feelings, but I hpe it won't ruin our friendship too much. Either way I have to and I'm going to do it. We only conversate by email and IM really, so this is how I have to do it. How should I tell him, I just want to get it overwith, nothing cute or anythin. i have a friend and we were really close although i never said that she was my best friend I really did believe that she was my best friend. i always tend to avoid the subject of bestfriends and stuff because i already lost like three bestfriends that i really cared about and i just dunt wanna deal with the pain of losing another one. I told her this and she says she understands. I am also on the track team and in the beginning of track i hated it but i have recently begun to luv track and i have started goin to practice after school more often and this leaves my bestfriend alone on the bus as well and i can understand that she is supposed to have other friends too but lately she and this other girl have gotten really close. I started to worry about this because this is how i lost my other friends. Now she is really close to the other girl and i know that i am kinda jealous but i feel like she is more close to the other girl.
