How can you re-establish your friendship?

We've broken up a long while ago, and we've ignored each other ever since. How can I stay friends with her? What should I say? What must I do? Please help... Thanks!

Just call her to say hello, and when you find it suitable, tell her you are sorry for having done anything that might have hurt her.
