how do you let go?

my brother died 8 years ago and it still hurts like it was yesterday how do you cope with the loss of love ones?does it ever get easier?

i know it's not easy to forget ur loved one but love the ones who r with u.

death & life is willingness of GOD, world don't stop after anyone's death even nature don't stop if it lose it's any part like animals, trees or humans, so love the people around u n live life, it's beautiful.

It really hurts. And no matter what we do, the pain will never go away. Just remember how your brother lived, not how he died, how you had good times together, not how you had fights. The memories of our loved ones will come with us through life. It's best to live with it, not try to get over it.

When you talk about him think of him as "gone away" and pretend he's just on a looong vacation. I have friends and family that have gone away, when their name is mentioned it's always remember when so & so went away or when you're remembering fun times you had it's always i remember one X before so&so went away we did this or that. My BEST friend, when I talk about her I tell people when she gets back from where ever it is she took off to she's going to hear it, I'll see her again. And I think about how she has no worries(job,bills,aroof over her head,etc.) anymore so she's in heaven. You can also get a notebook and write a note to your brother everyday about your day,eventually it WILL get easier. same goes for G-parents.
