The above figure means that one in nine people in the UK watched this programme. I have asked quite a few people but have not found one who watched it.
Are we being kidded by propaganda put out by the television companies who use inflated figures to boost their advertising revenue?

Ninties (or possibly late eighties) would have been BBC or ITV, drama, on fairly late in the evening.
Something my mother watched but I only ever saw one episode and it's identity has bugged me for years.
The episode I saw involved a fire during a fancy dress party, started by a man in a chicken costume as revenge for having been fired. He was arrested and two people died in the fire one of them was a man of Chinese origin (in a karate suit) who was trying to get the doors open to save everyone.
Anyone identify it?
